What We Do

At our core, we serve as a launchpad for entrepreneurs by offering:

• Access to mentors, financing, resources, customers, and strategic partners.
• A collaborative space for local organizations to share information and ignite new opportunities.
• Connections to Startup Canada’s national network, opening doors to initiatives, global exposure, and a voice in Ottawa.

Who We Are

We are a grassroots network built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Our mission is to create momentum and long-term success for Canada’s startup community.

Since launching in May 2012, Startup Canada has grown into one of the country’s most recognized entrepreneurship organizations.

• We’ve mentored over 20,000 Canadians.
• We represent more than 80,000 entrepreneurs nationwide.
• We collaborate with 400 support partners, 300 volunteers, and 50 Startup Communities.

Startup Canada is not only a national movement—it’s a global model. We’ve shared our best practices with leaders from the UK, South Korea, Malaysia, South America, and the U.S. Together, we’re building a strong and united voice for entrepreneurs across Canada and beyond.
